Common questions
What to write to us about:
- A number that looks wrong on a stock page — name the ticker and the card. Every figure carries its date and source, so we can trace it; if the read is wrong we fix the rule and say so on the Ledger.
- Account and sign-in problems
- Billing and charges — to change or cancel your plan yourself, use Manage Subscription in your Profile (it opens the Stripe portal)
- Something broken, or something you wish the page showed
- A question about the halal screen or the methodology
