By creating an account or using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

FinPile.ai provides stock analysis and screening tools, including fundamental analysis, technical analysis, sentiment analysis, risk screening, halal screening, and related educational content. The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

All data, analysis, and content provided through FinPile — including but not limited to stock analysis summaries, sentiment readings, analyst consensus data, SEC filing analysis, and price information — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be, and should not be construed as, financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

We do not recommend or endorse the purchase or sale of any security. FinPile does not predict future stock performance or guarantee the accuracy of any analysis. Market data may be delayed or contain errors.

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

FinPile's halal screening feature is a tool based on AAOIFI (Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions) methodology and publicly available financial data. It is not a fatwa, religious ruling, or scholarly opinion. Results may not reflect the most current data or all relevant Islamic finance considerations.

Users should consult a qualified Islamic scholar or a certified Islamic finance professional before making investment decisions based on halal compliance.

Pricing. FinPile Unlimited is offered at $12.99/month (pricing subject to change with notice).

Billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your payment method will be charged at the start of each billing period.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer billing portal. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued.

Refunds. All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as we determine at our sole discretion.

Payment Processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Service in bulk
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service in a manner that exceeds normal usage
• Redistribute or resell analysis or data from the Service without our written consent
• Impersonate another user or person

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service, including its content, design, and underlying technology, is owned by FinPile.ai and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FinPile.ai SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
